Meet Your Therapist
I’m so glad you are here!
My name is Katie, and I’m a therapist that treats anxiety through a trauma-informed lens. Some of my passions include working with highly sensitive women who have high anxiety or burnout, perfectionists who are tired of putting so much pressure on themselves, and women struggling with symptoms such as panic attacks, nervous system dysregulation, health anxiety, emetophobia or other body-based fears, and trauma-related anxiety symptoms.
I have always found it feels a little safer to open up to someone new when I know a little bit about them, so if you are curious to learn more about me, I am happy to share!
